Fused Cast AZS Block play an important role in the refractories family. This type block is made of high pure alumina powder and zircon sand in the special  electric furnace with the temperature at  more than 1950℃ , It is composed by three main chemical components of Al2O3, ZrO2 and SiO2.

Fused Cast Block is manufactured through casting technology. Fused cast block family include many type blocks, such as fused cast zircon mullite block, fused cast wear-resistance block, fused cast AZS block(AZS 33/AZS36/AZS41), fused cast high zircon block.fused cast alumina block.
