Construction process of non-stick aluminum castable

First, mixing

1. Equipment and tools: compulsory mixer, bucket, vibrating rod, tool shovel, trolley, etc.

2. Construction water consumption: the water consumption of non-sticky castable should be controlled at 6.5-8%, and pure tap water is required.

3. The temperature of the construction site is lower than 10 degrees Celsius, and warm-up measures must be adopted before construction can be carried out. Otherwise, it will cause difficulty in construction or performance degradation of non-stick aluminum castable, so it is not easy to construct. 

4. Mixing: First, pour the bulk material and the small bag in the bag into the mixer, and accurately weigh the water needed for each mixing according to the prescribed amount of water, pour it into the mixed dry material, and stir it fully. Less than 1-3 minutes, so that it has suitable fluidity.

5. Matters needing attention: The tools used in the construction process, such as buckets, mixers, shovel, etc., must be cleaned in advance, and dirt, debris, Portland cement, etc. are not allowed. The construction water must be pure tap water, and the mixing amount should not be too large each time. It should be determined according to the type of the mixer. During the construction process, you should be careful to use too much water.


Second, pouring

1. The castable working surface must be clean (no salt marks, no cement marks) and dry. For maintenance, the original residue must be removed to clean up the castable.

2. Pouring time: The newly mixed castable should be poured quickly, generally within 20 minutes.

3. Pouring: Pour the mixed pouring material into the working surface, and vibrate with a vibrating rod (60 vibrating rod) in time, and air bubbles will be discharged from the surface.

4. Matters needing attention: The castable that has lost its fluidity during the pouring process, that is, it has been condensed, can not be mixed with water. The poured castable should maintain a natural surface. It is not advisable to use tools to polish, let alone sprinkle cement powder on the surface. After the construction is completed, within 24 hours of construction, especially before the castable is hardened, it is strictly forbidden to knock or shake, otherwise it will cause cracks and even complete destruction.


Third, maintenance

After the castable is hardened, the surface of the construction body must be covered with a polyethylene plastic film immediately, and a wet straw bag shall be placed on it to prevent the evaporation of water and promote the activation of the cement. It is strictly forbidden to knock or shake after hardening, and it can be demoulded in one day according to the hardening situation. Continue curing after demolding, remove the plastic film and straw bag after three days, and let the hardened body dry naturally in the air for three to five days before grilling.

 

Fourth, baking

Baking is the last key link in the use of castables. Because the castables are relatively dense, it is absolutely forbidden to heat up too quickly during baking. Otherwise, it will cause cracks in the castable, or cause a cracking accident, and affect the use effect of the castable.
