Product introduction and advantages of alumina bubble brick

Alumina bubble bricks are made of alumina bubbles as the main material, corundum superfine powder as additives, and organic substances as binders. In the category of corundum thermal insulation bricks, this material has the low thermal conductivity of thermal insulation bricks and high compressive strength. It is a lightweight thermal insulation brick that can be used normally at 1700 °C. Alumina hollow ball bricks have excellent high temperature resistance and thermal insulation properties, and can be directly used in the working lining of high temperature kilns.

1. High operating temperature:

It can reach more than 1750 degrees and has a high softening temperature under load. The reburning line has a small change rate and can be used for a longer time.

2. Optimize the structure and reduce the weight of the furnace body:

At present, the high temperature resistant materials used in the kiln lining are all heavy bricks, with a bulk density of 2.3-3.0g/cm3;, while the alumina hollow ball bricks are only 1.3~1.5g/cm3;, the same volume of one cubic meter, using alumina bubble bricks can reduce the weight of 1.1-1.9 tons.

3. Material saving:

To achieve the same service temperature, if using heavy corundum bricks, the price is comparable to that of alumina hollow ball bricks, and a considerable amount of thermal insulation refractory is required. If alumina bubble bricks are used, 1.1-1.9 tons of heavy corundum bricks can be saved per cubic meter, and 80% of refractory insulation materials can be saved.

4. Energy saving:

Alumina bubbles have obvious thermal insulation properties and low thermal conductivity, which can play a good thermal insulation effect, reduce heat dissipation, and improve thermal efficiency, thereby saving energy. The energy saving effect can reach more than 30%. Alumina bubbles and their products are lightweight refractory materials with high temperature resistance and excellent energy saving, which are very stable in various atmospheres. Especially in the high temperature furnace of 1800℃. alumina bubbles can be used as high temperature and ultra-high temperature insulation fillers, high temperature refractory concrete lightweight aggregates, high temperature castables, etc. Alumina bubble bricks can be used in high temperature energy saving (>30%) down flame kiln, shuttle kiln, molybdenum wire furnace, tungsten rod furnace, induction furnace, nitriding furnace, etc. For reducing the weight of the furnace body, transforming the structure, saving materials and saving energy, obvious effects will be achieved.
