AZS refractory ramming mass

The main component of the fused azs refractory ramming material is fused zirconium corundum particles, which are obtained by crushing the original fused zirconium corundum bricks with special equipment such as jaw crushers, and according to a certain particle gradation ratio. It is used for the lining (also known as the sealing layer) under the bottom surface of the fused zirconium corundum pool (75~120mm) and for the cold and hot maintenance of the furnace.

Electrofusion azs refractory ramming material has the following characteristics:

1. When the temperature is below 800, the expansion is regularly increased according to the coefficient smaller than the expansion coefficient of azs refractory electrofusion material, which has little relationship with the load

2. From 800°C to 1200°C, the extension of the glass phase has been increased to the maximum at 1200°C, resulting in the following effects:

(a) In this temperature range, the fused azs refractory series ramming material has good moldability

(b) Fused zirconium corundum bricks (ZrO232% grade) paving bricks and fused azs refractory series ramming materials both contain about 20% glass phase, and they can be well adhered together

3. From 1200to 1300, when the temperature exceeds 1200, the glass phase begins to transform into mullite, the plasticity is weakened, and the material begins to change in the ceramic body, until the whole bottom of the pool is sintered into a sealed and inseparable whole.

4. Good resistance to glass erosion and metal penetration

The key to the production of fused azs refractory ramming material is to use the original brick, which contains 20% glass phase. The existence of the glass phase of the fused azs refractory series ramming material makes it a strained material after exceeding 800 , and the plasticity and adhesion of the material in the temperature range of 800~1300 are beneficial to the joint in the case of some weak displacement Keep it sealed and form a reliable intermediate layer between it and the fused zirconium corundum brick paving brick containing the same glass phase. It can effectively prevent the foamed glass liquid from infiltrating between the paving tiles and the lining, avoid the erosion of "drilling up", and prolong the life of the pool bottom.
