1
Start and ignite the hot air generator in the middle of the feeding pool, and pay attention to the oil, gas, and air volume. After the operation is stable, turn on 1~2 hot air generator fans at the rear ear pool of the melting part to distribute air (without ignition) so that the air flow circulates regularly and the temperature rises evenly everywhere. Take the temperature control point on the large arch as the standard and strictly increase the temperature according to the plan. As the temperature rises, gradually increase the air volume and start the hot air generator gradually.
2
The longitudinal temperature difference (the difference between the highest and lowest temperatures) of the large arch should be controlled at no more than 20℃ before 350℃, and no more than 40℃ after 350℃. The horizontal temperature difference of the large arch should be controlled at no more than 15℃ before 350℃, and no more than 30℃ after 350℃. During the kiln baking process, as the amount of hot air increases, the kiln pressure will gradually increase from small to large. Negative pressure is strictly prohibited during the entire kiln baking process. When interference factors appear, try to keep the pressure stable and avoid large fluctuations.
3
When the kiln temperature reaches 200℃, turn on the L-shaped hanging wall cooling fan and the steel slag cooling fan, and turn on the pool wall cooling fan at 350℃. After the fan is started, the air supply volume increases slowly from small to large. After 300℃, the gate opening of each branch flue can be gradually opened and adjusted in small amounts to ensure that the temperature of each small furnace rises evenly. After 600℃, start a waste heat boiler (including induced draft fan), and the gate opening of the waste heat boiler flue should be from small to large. Pay special attention to maintaining the stability of the kiln pressure and the stability of the temperature in the kiln.
4
Record the temperature and expansion every hour. When loosening the rod for the first time, loosen it less and find out the amount of the crown corresponding to the loosened amount. Generally, the crown expands 2~4mm and the loosened rod drops 1~3mm. The drop cannot be greater than the expansion. When the crown expands violently, loosen it less at a time and frequently to avoid excessive expansion of the crown. At the same time, be careful not to loosen too much, and it is strictly forbidden to have the "opening" phenomenon on the lower surface of the brick. When loosening the pull rod, pay attention to loosening both sides at the same time, and loosen the same amount each time. After the kiln is baked, the final loosening amount on both sides should be equal.
5
Only loosen the top screws of L-shaped hanging walls and small hanging walls with a neck during the kiln baking process, and the degree of control should be loosened. Pay special attention to the rear gable of the melting part and the front and rear gables of the cooling part during the kiln baking, because the expansion of the arch under the gable causes the upper gable to swell, and small vertical seams will appear on the gable. The gable itself has an expansion joint, and the horizontal expansion is not large, so in principle only loosen the top screws. The longitudinal top screws of the heat storage chamber, the longitudinal top screws of the breast wall, the longitudinal top screws of the pool wall, and the top screws of the pool bottom should be as tight as possible during the loosening process. The top screws of the horizontal pool wall can feel looser.
