Matters needing attention in the production process of high-alumina refractory balls

1. According to the requirements of the refractory ball index required by the purchasing department of the technical department, the raw materials for the production of refractory balls will be tested on-site and the samples will be tested for firing. After the test firing, the products will be tested for physical and chemical indicators, and the test results can be purchased in bulk only after the test results meet the user requirements. The purchased raw materials are strictly selected, processed into 0-3 particle size and 180 mesh powder, and removed iron through a 16000 high magnetic iron remover, and then used in the silo.

2. The mold workshop is to make molds according to the mold making drawings and scaling rate issued by the technical department. The semi-finished products must be checked for size, and the heating treatment can be carried out after confirming that they are correct.

3. According to the production process issued by the company's technical department, the molding workshop conducts random inspections on the particle size and fineness of raw materials using sample sieves. After passing the test, the electronic batching truck is used for raw material proportioning, and then enters the mixing mill for mixing and milling, 10-15 minutes When the material is out of the pot, the molding will start within 2-4 hours. When molding, check the size, the number of single weights, and the density of the semi-finished product according to the size issued by the company's technical department. After confirming that they are correct, mass production can be carried out. The attendants supervise the production of semi-finished products to achieve the same unit weight, smooth surface, no burrs, and no brown eyes before they can enter the next process to install the kiln.

4. In the firing workshop, the semi-finished refractory balls must be inspected for size, burrs and brown eyes when they enter the kiln. The kiln can be installed after the acceptance is correct. When installing the kiln, it must be handled with care and placed reasonably and neatly. The workshop director shall enter the kiln for each truck. The semi-finished refractory balls are strictly controlled, and it is required that no unqualified semi-finished products enter the furnace. The sintering class is adjusted according to the sintering temperature issued by the company's technical department to meet the technical requirements of users.

5. After exiting the kiln, the finished refractory ball will be sent to the workshop of Henan Hongtai Company to check the size and appearance of the finished product. Those that meet the users requirements are deemed to be self-inspected in a batch of 100 tons of refractory balls from the kiln and sent to the companys laboratory for testing. A self-inspection test report is issued for delivery. The technical department shall conduct a self-inspection test report. Check with the user's physical and chemical indicators, and prepare for shipment after correctness.
