1. high temperature stable volume, no furnace changes caused by temperature fluctuation, Due to the high refractoriness under load and creep rate of silica brick, glass kiln under 1600 ℃ can keep body not deformation, keep structure stable.
2.No pollution to the glass liquid.SiO2 is the main component of silicon brick, if there is a drop or surface melting, it does not affect the quality of glass liquid;
3.Resistance to chemical erosion.The silicon brick of the superstructure is corroded by the gas containing R2O in the glass ingredients, and a smooth metamorphic layer is formed on the surface, so as to lower the erosion speed and play a protective role.
4.small volume density, this can reduce the weight of furnace body.
